If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 112 first. Ring us once everyone is safe.
People first, always. If anyone is hurt, call 112 and wait for the ambulance and the Gardaí. A car can wait. When everyone is safe and you are ready to move the car, ring us for accident recovery anywhere in Dublin.

What happens on the call
We ask for your name, the registration, where the car is and where it is going. We also ask a few questions about the damage, because they decide how the car is loaded:
- Does it still roll, steer and brake?
- Are any wheels damaged or pushed out of line?
- Is anything leaking or hanging off?
- Is it an electric or hybrid car?
Then we agree the price with you. A standard call-out starts from €150, plus €2 per km depending on the destination.

Where it goes
Most people send the car to their own garage, a body shop or home. If your insurer has a repairer it prefers, check with them before you ring us, so the car only makes one trip. Take your valuables, documents and any car seats out before it is loaded.
Photos before it leaves
If you are making a claim, take photos of the car, the damage and the road before it is moved. Once it is on the deck the scene has changed. Our note on the first hour after a car accident in Dublin has a full checklist.

Electric and hybrid cars after a crash
Tell us straight away if the car is electric or hybrid. Do not touch the battery area. If you see smoke, smell burning or hear hissing, move well away and call 112.

Questions about this
Should I call my insurer first?
If you plan to claim, it is worth checking whether your insurer wants the car taken somewhere particular. Then ring us with that address.
The car will not roll. Can you still move it?
Tell us on the call. A car that will not roll needs more work to load, and we will say if that affects anything before you agree.
Can I travel in the truck?
Ask us on the call.
