How car towing works
You ring, give us your name, the registration and the two Eircodes: where the car is and where it is going. We agree the price with you on the call. Then we arrange the pickup.
The price
A standard call-out starts from €150, plus €2 per km depending on the destination. Because the distance is part of it, the destination Eircode is the most useful thing you can give us.
Getting the car ready
- Keys and, if it has one, the locking wheel nut key
- Tell us if the car will not roll, has flat tyres or the handbrake is stuck on
- Tell us if it is low, lowered or has a long front splitter, so we can load it carefully
- Take out anything valuable
Who needs to be there
Someone should hand over the keys at the pickup and someone should take the car at the other end, unless we agree something different on the call.
